Provide additional necessary info along with a clear picture of your 2 valid IDs, 3 signature specimen in a clean white paper, a picture of you holding your 2 valid IDs, and a screenshot of your initial payment to any of the listed

AXA's official payment channels.

Approval is within 3-7 business days. Updates will be through text and emails. Hard copy of the policy will be sent either through the AXA Office or direct to client's address.

You'll be given 15 days to review your policy from the time the application is approved. Should you change your mind within this grace period, AXA will refund the whole payment made - granted that there's no claim made due to accident.

It's important that the financial advisor meets up with the policy owner/insured and beneficiaryies to clearly explain the insurance policy at hand, to set proper expectations, exchange of contact information, etc.

Keep the hard copy of your policy in a safe yet known, accessible place to your beneficiaries in cases of claims. Please inform the beneficiary/ies ahead that all requirements requested should be complied to ensure release of funds. Don't forget to provide your financial advisor's contact number in case they need immediate assistance.
